Hoppy Easter!!!!!!!!!!!

We went to some friends and had an egg hunt and breakfast. The kids had so much fun running around on a few acers hunting eggs with their friends. The sun was out a little breezy but hey it's March. Sunday the kid were ready to find their basket and hunt for eggs.

The Easter bunny brought the boy train tracks and the round house, books and a leapser game for Karissa. Brian's cousin Travis Homer is doing his FBI training out here so he came over for the day. It's fun having family over that is what this holiday is about.

We told our kids that the Easter Bunny comes and gives gifts and hides eggs because he is so happy Christ lives.

Spring Break?

For our spring break we have been hang at home. It is early to us and the weather has been winter like. The start of the week it was cool and breezy. Yesterday it rained like cats and dogs all day. Today we have wind of 35 to 40 mph. At time I think the tree are going to come down on our house. The kids are at this minuet are playing Loin King. Running around, dancing, and sing to the CD. They where playing Tornado and hiding under blankets not to long ago. When kids play and make up games I just smile. How can you not. They are so cute when the make up stuff.

Karissa turned 7 this year. Wow a 7 year old. She pick out her Birthday meal, Fettuccine Alfredo, green beans with mushrooms and feta cheese and the cake for the family party. She wanted a fondue and it was so much fun. The high light gift this year was a new bike. Karissa just loves it.

The battle of bull Run

We want to the Manassas Battle Field where the Battle of Bull Run happened. It was a nice day for a walk. They say that the tree lines hasn't changed much there. It is like most places in the East just fun of history.

Our workers worked hard.

A lot of fun and hard work.

My parents came to visit us for 5 week and help us on finishing our basement. In that time we got a lot done. Framing, electrical, plumbing, hung the dry wall and taped one of the rooms. We also painted the office. Went to Lowe's everyday. Some days we made it there 2 to 4 times. My dad and I got to know the guy there very well.
